Join us for an exploration of lucid dreaming, dreamwork, shadow work, & drumming journeys as complementary pathways into the unconscious.

Join us on Mondays to slow down, reflect, and open ourselves to the teachings from Sayadaw U Tenjaniya's book: Relax and Be Aware.

This Peer-led Half Day Retreat will give you an opportunity to practice with others in silence.
