Pilates & Lattes is back.  Saturday, October 17th 9am at East Coasting dispensary in Eatontown. A morning of movement, recovery, and good coffee. Full Pilates class taught by Saint himself. Recovery lounge with compression boots, red light therapy, and massage guns. Lattes to close it out. East Coasting, 178 NJ-35, Eatontown, NJ 21+ only. Bring a valid ID, you need it to get in. Bring your own mat for pilates.
