Grief is mental health, and you shouldn't have to navigate it alone. That's why in honor of World Mental Health Day this Saturday, Legacies Live On is hosting our Living Legacy Walk & Talk in Prospect Park. We host this free, open community gathering for people who are grieving, honoring a loved one or seeking the space to build community with people who understand loss. Join us in this low pressure, gentle walk where you have the space to just be. We’ll grab coffee to start and then walk over to the park for a leisurely walk and conversation with community.
